We arrived at the hotel and the rooms were not ready at check in time. We had to wait extra 2 hours to check in. Once we checked in we realised the air-condition was not working in our room. It was 18:30 before we could get in the room. The next day the fridge broke down and all the things we had in our fridge went bad. We stayed for 4 night and for the 3 of the the swimming pool was closed! Dirty, bad service and terrible food! I paid for a seaview room but not only they did not give it to me they refused to refund me as well!! NEVER AGAIN!
The best thing about my stay was...NOTHING! It was all horrible

Brilliant holiday, could not fault this hotel or the staff !!!!
Graham North, Nelson
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, they even kept the restraunt open an extra half an hour as we arrived late. All inclusive started from that miniute until the minute we left. All lager is included not just local beer. The staff are the most friendly you will find any where in europe and the animation team work from morning to night to keep you entertained. The room had a geogious sea view and thye sun-sets were fantastic. Air con is essential and FREE There are loads of sun loungers all in good condition placed around the pool or on the grass slope with a sea view. a 1 euro bus takes you to the bustle of kato paphos or coral bay which run every 15 min up to midnight or for 3 euroget an all day pass and go on as many buses as you like and explore the area. cant wait to go back. Highly recommended !!!
The best thing about my stay was...Fantastic Hotel friendly staff.

Week Stay in the Sun
B Meek, Leicester
Very good accommodation half bd, room with sea view, a little of the main road with a poor access to it, good bus service to all areas €3 ticket last all day. Walks along cost not bad but can get a little muddy. Trouble with flights made travel difficult, but even with 9hrs delay transfer taxi was waiting, this was booked through Alpharoom's.
The best thing about my stay was...Good Weather

Great Time 8th 22nd April
Rhws Ranger, Rhoose
Just returned from hotel and wanted to report what a great time we had there. On arrival received a warm welcome and some sandwiches and a bottle of water as the resteraunt had closed. Much appreciated. We had a studio appartment 5303 which was very spacious. Unfortunately it was tucked away so not much sun on our patio but the possitive of this was that the room stayed cool all day. Room was cleaned very well and towels and bedding changed frequently. Had to pay a 10 euro deposit for the tv remote but not much on the telly in any case. We satayed all inclusive so did not use the kitchen equipment but it seemed to be well equiped if you wanted to do some cooking (small oven 2 ring cooker). Was a bit dissapointed with the food for the first few days due to the very positive comments posted by other reviewers I was expecting something magnificent. don't get me wrong food is good but could do with being much hotter or place a microwave in the resteraunt. Breafast was usual selection cold meats, cheeses and salad followed by cooked breakfast, a selection of cereals and fresh friut. There were also pancakes and waffles a couple of times. Never really bothered with lunch afyer having breakfast but would then go for afternoon snack a variety of toasted sandwiches, burger, jacket potatoes and omlettes. Evening meal folllowed a particular theme such as BBQ, Italian, Greek etc. The service we received was very efficient. Not a great selection for children/teenagers. Outside pool area is very clean and well maintained, the swimming pool was very cold. did not use the indoor facilities so can't comment on these. There were plenty of sun beds and no rush first thing to reserve them, however the hotel was only a third full. during the first week I used to enjoy the peace and quiet of hearing the waves hitting against the rocks unfortunately during the second week there was loud music played from some speakers which spoilt this. The entertainments team worked very hard considering they had to cater for so mant different nationalities. Evening entertainment consisted of bingo, quizes and a few shows. I didn;t find other staff members particularly that friendly. Location was alittle bit out of the way but that is just how i like it. Please note there is no proper beach just a little cove which is shingle and has rocks on entering the sea. There was a water sports hut there where you could hire a few things or go parasailing. Would I return most definately but would consider paying the extra for a sea view.
The best thing about my stay was...Selection of cocktails

There were 13 of us (all guys) away in february on an all-inclusive deal. We could not have asked for nicer, more tolerant staff. We were all incredibly impressed with the service and the tolerance shown to us and by the guests staying there. (Our only regret was not being able to leave a tip at the end of the trip because we had all run out of money!!!!)
The best thing about my stay was...The staff

We have been to the Akteon several times and find the staff friendly and helpful. The facilites provided something for absolutely everyone! Have just booked for another 2 weeks in 2012 and would not consider booking anywhere else in Paphos. The rooms have ample facilites and the all inclusive option is fantastic. Entertainment is great, again something for everyone. The location is a little out of the way but there are taxis and buses close to hand and there are shops, bars and restaurants near by.
The best thing about my stay was...All Inclusive option

Good hotel value for money
James O'mara, Barnsley
We went in sept 2011 and arrived 11pm dinner had finished but was given bag with water and sandwiches which was a plesent surprise. We found all staff helpful and drinks was plenty of choice and no big waits to be served. The food was good something for everyone can't complain and always clean and fresh. This hotel in on seafront just a short walk down a hill to a rocky beach with swimming area and the pool at hotel is massive. There not much near the hotel but there is a bus stop 5 min walk and it runs until midnight which goes into the town with loads to do and harbour with boat trips and a nice beach also.
The best thing about my stay was...Service

Great palce to wind down
Donna Wilkinson, Sheffield
The hotel is around 3/5 miles from the centre of Paphos and although this may seem far, the bus services close to the hotel are faultless and very regular and cheap. We went all inclusive and the food and service were a big plus point for my wife and 3 yr old boy. The food was fresh and there was always a good choice to satisfy our requirements. You have the option of sitting inside the air conditioned area, or eating on the large terrace overlooking the sea. Nice with a cold beer! Entertainment was great but a bit repetative. Overall you could do alot worse than here. Don't be put off by the location. A full day in Paphos centre and you will have had enough anyway!
The best thing about my stay was...The food and beautifull gardens.
