Brilliant location. Beautiful clean hotel on the beach. Delicious food with a good variety at every meal and different every day, good drink selection included on all inclusive. Beautiful beach bar with fab cocktails. Fab hard working staff all very helpful. Only criticism, mugs and kettle in room but no tea and coffee, and water in room not replenished, but all were always available in the bar and restaurant. Wait time at the bar in evening was a little slow but busy so understandable.
The best thing about my stay was...No children

It did us fine!
We wanted a cheap, all inclusive family break in the sun for a week and it delivered just that. Positives - Rooms were spotlessly clean with large balcony, kids loved animation team, food okay, beach opposite hotel, large drink measures, no problems getting more than one drink at a time for rest of family. Negatives - lack of sunbeds, only approx 20 have to be down after 8 am to put towels on beds. Pool size small but never seemed to be full. Restaurant could get very busy and have to wait for table. Would struggle for more than one week with the variety of food. Big negative - nothing to do with hotel, if you go to an all inclusive hotel you wil get people who will drink all day in the sun then become very loud and obnoxious this was so embarrassing as it was only the English that seemed to do this! Hotel dealt quite well with this though. Overall - do your homework read all the reviews then make your own mind up. We had a good famiy break. This is a two star hotel don't go expecting 4 or 5 star then complain when you get there!
The best thing about my stay was...Kids liked club, available from 1030 - 1230 then 4 pm - 7 pm

I came to this hotel with my friend and 24 year old daughter .We had a brill time. yes you had to use a card to get your drinks and only 1 at a time.the food was ok some people will moan about anything given half the chance, there was always something you could eat. The room was cleaned daily, the other guest made our holiday. The beach is a whisper away. cool or what, plenty of pubs clubs and lots of shoppin, not a place to take young children as there is nothing in the hotel for them to do , am just booking to go again,so it cant be that bad !!

Good value if you don't pay too much, food ok, but a bit same every time, all staff friendly but bar staff a little to layed back to be bothered. Excelent location on the beach and very close to town. Very clean hotel and at the right price (we paid £420 for two people) for a week, you won,t be disapointed.

Review of 'LOS PINOS'

We have stayed in several of the hotels on the costa`s and this one must be the worst by far for food, cleanliness and noise. It is an all inclusive and attracts some of the wrong types of people. We stayed there with our young daughter to take advantage of not having to buy her ice-cream and drinks which she has a habit of spilling. The hotel was accommodating during the day but at night some people either filled up with booze before going out or came back at 11 and filled their tables with drinks that were not all drunk. Not a family holiday - more like a booze trip.
