Just come back from here. Very nice modern hotel with good facilities. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was a great size and very comfortable beds. We were all inclusive and was pleasantly surprised that we weren't restricted to 2 drinks at a time like most other all inclusive hotels so we didn't all have to queue up to get drinks. The views from the terrace were amazing. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The one bad point I have to mention which is quite serious is that my 4 year old grandson was allowed to leave the kids club. Luckily we were sat by the pool bar near by and just happened to be facing in the right direction to see him wandering over to us. We were shocked and very concerned and immediately informed the reception. Their response was to send a card and a bottle of cava to my daughter's room to apologise. I appreciated their apology but I would never risk leaving a child in the care of their kids club again. It doesn't bear thinking about if he had wandered out of the hotel. We had a fabulous holiday. Just don't trust their kids club!!
The best thing about my stay was...Modern and roomy apartment and fabulous views

A view to die for 😍

Just come back from Alua Palmanova Bay and had such an amazingly relaxing holiday with my husband and two daughters aged 6 and 9. It's a long time since we've had a hotel with this sort of view out to the sea, it really made the hotel special for us. The rooms are really modern and clean which are tidied every day. There were a few things that let the hotel down, splash pool was great for young children but the main pool was really small and mainly shaded so always freezing. The food was just okay, no chef special grill nights etc which we've had in other hotels so very very samey but quite nice still. House wine was very good quality instead of the usual rubbish that's offered. The kids entertainment team are absolutely lovely and work really hard and the entertainment programme is good but not amazing. All in all we had a fab holiday, have stayed in better hotels but a great option if you get a good price on it like we did.
The best thing about my stay was...The view and closeness to beach and airport

shame about the hotel facilities
sharon clark, teeside
Check in was quick but was a little embarrassed to be asked for a deposit for the remote control. The apartment was lovely with stunning views. The entire time we were there the lobby bar was not open. The swimming pool areas where full to the brim and really noisy We opted to go to the beach. We had a lovely holiday but we didn't use the hotels facilities and can't comment on the food.
The best thing about my stay was...the view from our balcony

This hotel is excellent newly refurbished, amazing views, rooms are very clean and modern felt very safe, beds very comfortable, staff were very friendly especially the kids club girls who were amazing with kids, you could let your kids run free not having to worrie about them as theres nowere for them to get out and the bar area is away from the main pool so not worrying about them falling in on a night perfect for familys, cant recommend this hotel enough will definitely be coming back its great

Amazing hotel with great views
Me and my partner has a sea view , self catering room, the rooms were beautiful re-furnished , had a seperate bedroom to living area and was very spacious looking straight onto the sea! Staff were very kind and helpful, let us check in early as our rooms was ready! In a very central location, would say it is more near magaluf than you would expect but if you don't want to go the busy nightlife it's easily avoidable, only downfall is the hotel is set on a hill so the walk back from the beach can be a bit hard! May struggle if you are elderly, but other than that I was very very impressed and had a lovely time!

Expensive bar, good hotel
Colin & Jane, Weymouth UK
We stayed in the older part of the Hotel as they are refurbishing all the rooms, the recently refurbished part is great as our friends stayed in some of them. Short walk to beach but be aware a climb to get back to it! Reception staff come across a bit fed up, but we made them smile towards the end of the week as we got to know them. The bar is very expensive so we didn't use it.

Back to the 80s
I have chosen 5 topics and given each a maximum of 2 stars. First impressions- it is in Majorca! But it is not Palma Nova as advertised but Magaluf, the street sign even syns so. The hotel needs to be updated as very run down- probably looks the same as it did in the 80's. You could even get your photo taken with a donkey in a sombrero! We were given a key that was broken and only got a room after 3 attempts-the first 2 rooms were dirty. Unfortunately so many negatives that it is -1 stars. Staff-some were friendly, some not so.1 star. Food-plenty of choice, food was warm and well cooked. 1.5 stars. Amenities-near beach, cafes, bars. Lots of activities, good bus service so can travel to various places and it is reasonable. The beach front is ok but the surrounding area is a bit run down so 1.5 stars. Entertainment- there was a kids club which my child enjoyed, and adult activities which my older boy enjoyed. We only enjoyed 2 of the 6 nights entertainment so 1 star. Surprisingly I have managed to give this hotel 5 stars however I would not recommend.
The best thing about my stay was...The beach is lovely.
