Lovely stay with family - grandchildren really enjoyed the pools and spent many hours using the slides and the childrens paddling pool with animal slides specially for the little ones. Food really good for all inclusive and staff extremely friendly. Very attentive manager on hand and nothing too much trouble. Entertainment variable but a couple of good tribute acts helped. Kids well catered for.
The best thing about my stay was...The pools and the friendliness of the staff

Great for families
We have just returned from a week all inclusive holiday with paradise club.... It was brilliant, we have 2 boys 3 and 6 and they loved the splash pools and enjoyed the entertainment, including a chocolate party haha! The food was good most days, and the management were attentive when we arrived with another booking that had been allocated a one bed instead of 2 bed for the first night. It was quickly sorted and compensation and apologies were given. The location was perfect and easy walk to 2 beaches locally, lovely shops on your doorstep as well as the harbour with bars and boat trips etc. Would definitely recommend and definitely return!
The best thing about my stay was...Locality and splash pool

Grandchildren thought it was amazing
julie hale, United Kingdom
This is our 5th time here, 2nd time with our grandchildren they thought it amazing with the great splash pool and been able to help themselves to cakes icecream etc be able to order there own food from the pool bar, they felt like young grown ups, they did'nt do to much kiddies club as they wanted to go to the beach, the inhouse entertainment I'm really sorry to say was not as got as last years (night time) also there was theme nights in the restaurant at night time the food was ok BUT the food was so much better the other 4 we have been coming , I don't want to put people off this is just our opinion. We will all go back again 1 tip if you want a 2 bedroom apartment book well early so that you are not disappointed , the rooms are basic but clean, they are refurbing slowly, it was nice to see Dan the manager and megul was still there a few others
The best thing about my stay was...The splash pool for the kids

Fantastic Family Hotel
LPO, North West
Lovely hotel over the road from the Marina with nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. Hotel pools excellent but you do have to be up early to reserve a sunbed in peak season. Entertainment at hotel for kids, teenagers and adults in fantastic, plenty of fun time and happy memories :-)
The best thing about my stay was...Entertainment Team - the best

Great place and location
Pablo Morley, Morley, Leeds, West Yorkshire UK
Had a week here as a 60-something couple and we were impressed from the moment we arrived. Staff very helpful and asked us if we would like to see the allocated apartment before checking in - it was fine for us. The apartments are spacious, well appointed with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, two hotplates and some pots/pans/cutlery etc. was comfy and the sitting area had a tv which had some ITV stations. The grounds have 3 pools, many many comfy sunbeds, 2 snack bars/bars, restaurant if you wanted it (but the eating out choices are so good you probably won't want to unless you are on full board or all inclusive. The location was superb with shops/bars and restaurants gathered around the marina less then 100 yards from the front door. The marina itself was beautiful and we ate there every night at different laces. There are also places which are just bars. The place suits older couples or families - it is not a groving/rocking place for the teens and twenties which suited us. Having done some touring round the island we thought that we had picked the best resort and the best hotel in that resort. The hotel has plenty of car parking which is good as you will probably need a car to sight-see. Overall an excellent stay - only negative from our point of view was the in-house entertainment which was 100% aimed at kids - but that wasn't really a problem as in the marina there are several places with live music. We would recommend this hotel and would have liked to stay a second week.
The best thing about my stay was...Location in regards to shops/bars, restaurants and marina

Paradise by name and nature!
Flew out for a three night break with our 11yr old granddaughter to meet our son and his family of three boys under five yrs,who were already staying at the paradise club and spa. When we arrived the staff arranged for us to have lunch before we checked in. Great choice of delicious food on offer with plenty of helpful staff. Room was a very spacious family room with large bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate shower cubicle. Very useful if you have a few of you wanting to get ready!. Lots of lovely rattan sunbeds with extra cushion on for comfort. Pools clean and safe with lifeguard on duty. Kids club and activities on offer with a very enthusiastic animation team. Although would not usually pick a hotel catering for children, would definitely go back as food and service excellent. Great location, near beautiful harbour. Could not fault this place.
The best thing about my stay was...Choice of food and excellent service

Great hotel for families
I have just returned after spending 1 week at Paradise Club with my husband and another couple. While I couldn't really fault the hotel I would not recommend it for couples. It is mainly catering for families with young children. We had a lovely apartment which was cleaned every day. The staff on reception were brilliant. The pool area was great but there seemed to be far too many sunbeds crammed into the space. One downside when we were there was a couple of families who were downright rude and their behaviour was disgusting and unacceptable. I know that this is outwith the control of the hotel but people like this should not be allowed to be so disrespectful of others especially when there are so many other children in the hotel.
The best thing about my stay was...The staff and the location.
