Just back from 2 weeks at avanti and can't fault it. Close to everything and shuttles to the parks. Pool area was always nice and clean staff very friendly. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Convenient and central
Location great for parks and shopping, bars etc. Very nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels provided. Cafe and bar expensive but handy for people with kids who can't go out in the evening. Our room felt a bit bland, but was a good size. we requested a kettle and were given one. Room could do with toaster and small table and chairs. Aircon very noisy. Plenty of parking, in room safe, would stay again. Alpha rooms do not mention the costly resort fee that you have to pay on arrival. I had to enter other for traveller type as I could either be young with a partner or older and married. No option for older unmarried couple!
The best thing about my stay was...Location to my favourite bars

Book through Alpha rooms and pay twice!
Unhappy customer, Merseyside
Hotel is fine. I paid alpharooms who then used lowcost beds. They went bust so I had to pay the hotel directly. I've had no assistance from alpharooms. Only book through this site if you don't mind paying twice. Cowboys!!!!!
The best thing about my stay was...Pool

Very enjoyable stay

Very happy with the room, the staff, the pool, not so happy at price of drink at the bar. But you are allowed to buy drink at supermarket and bring it to the poolside.
The best thing about my stay was...Large comfy bed, much needed after a day on your feet.

Location , Staff and Pool
John, Glasgow Scotland
This was our 2nd stay at the Avanti and we were not let down again. My reason for being so pleased is the level of support and friendliness from the staff of this hotel. Any requests we had had were acted upon immediately without fuss. The location on international drive is perfect within easy walking distance to the point shopping and restaurants and to the Orlando eye and other attractions. This year we used the transfers to the parks which were always punctual and don't make loads of stops at other hotels. The rooms are fairly basic with a fridge and safe as standard. Housekeeping was bang on with our room being spotless on our return from the parks. Another asset to this hotel is the pool area which is fantastic for young and old alike. Don't expect the Ritz ..... but what you do get is great location / service and pool. Special thanks to the Bell team. Bang on guys , Thanks

Great location, value, pool and staff
Ian W, Ireland
I stayed in Avanti for 8 nights. It is ideally located near the Orlando eye and Orlando pointe, it offers a daily shuttle for Universal and has a spacious pool/bar area. The WiFi in the room was surprisingly good after reading poor reviews but the WiFi around the pool area disconnects frequently which can be frustrating. The staff were extremely helpful also. Overall, I would definitely recommend Avanti if you wish to stay on International Drive.

Adequate but nothing special
Colin and Denise, Yorkshire, England
Stayed for 2 weeks, 26th January to 7th February 2016. On arrival impressed with the large and welcoming reception. Disappointed about the 'Resort Fee' of $9.00 a night although we were aware due to reports we had read following our booking. The resort fee allows for Parking, Wi-Fi and use of the hotel amenities, (surely this should be in the hotel price at time of booking). The hotel location is its best accolade along with the large and excellent pool area. The bar is outside by the pool, great when it is warm not so when it is cool. Re our room. The bedroom area was spacious and clean although the drawers and cupboards are basic. The bathroom was small with bath overhead shower and toilet. The sink area was large and separate. The bathroom definitely needs bringing up to date. Ideally the sink area and bathroom could be combined. A cleaner attended daily but there was no consistency to the standards. On several occasions we had to go to reception to ask for replacement items such as cups and towels. The hotel has a snack bar / shop and you can buy foodstuffs and drinks but no gifts, postcards or stamps we went to the neighbouring Rosen Inn hotel for cards and stamps. We got a late check out on day of departure at no extra cost. In all, for the amount of time we spent at the hotel it was okay but no more. We had said that if we were to return we would stay elsewhere, on checking out we were told that repeat guests get a 40% discount on a return booking. Food for thought but probably unlikely.
