Best Hotel I stayed in a long time.. Right on the sea...
Simonette Clifford, Tralee
This was my first time staying at the Charisma Hotel.. I would definitely recommend to stay here to anyone. Room was on 4th floor and had sea view (all rooms do). Rooms were serviced every day. Was on half board.. Dinner buffet was great and the deserts were delicious.. Could not sample all of them.. Staff were friendly. Spa was good and the pool was lovely for swimming.. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay here.. It was 5 minute walk to town. The loungers were on a pontoon and you could hear the waves underneath you...
The best thing about my stay was...The pool area and the lounge area.

don't stay here

We have just returned from 2 weeks having stayed at the Charisma hotel and upon arrival we were given a room with a small bed for our son. The room was tiny and it had a balcony that was so small 2 people could not fit out there!! The en suite was ridiculous and the acess for the shower would challenge the most agile of people. We had no choice but to upgrade the following morning and all they had left was a beautiful suite which was an extortionate price. We had no choice but to move( i still have not told my wife how much i paid, other than to say it was in the thousands!!! Euros not Lira). This left us feeling a lot better. The hotel considering it had no other rooms left was very quiet and pretty much closed down at around 10.30pm and even before that there was no one around. We were half Board however we only eat there 3 nights out of the 14 as the food was bland with limited choice, The breakfast was very poor also. However my main Gripe was the prices they charged for drinks around the hotel for example in Euro approx 4.00 for a very small coke fanta etc. 3.50-4.00 for a tiny cup of coffee, 6.00 for a milk shake or caffe Frappe. And i will not tell you how much for a glass of undrinkable wine!! A small bootle of local beer was 3.50 not bad untill you see a large one outside the hotel for1.00-1.50. Overall the hotel has everything to offer with by and large pleasant staff and good facilities even though it has no beach, all pebbles and rocks. It needs to be managed better with more to offer and most dissappointing of all this hotel has absolutely no atmosphere, THe hotel is a good 4 star but they would like to think it is a 5 star deluxe and charge accordingly. My Advice- stay somewhere else if you are visiting Kusadassi. Terry.

I booked this room for my Daughter and her new husband, She stayed the one night of her wedding, I used the room to help my Daughter prepeare for her wedding, I found the room to be of exceptional high quality especially for the cheap price I received from alpharooms, The room had a sea view and a complementary bottle of champagne and basket of fruit was waiting for us. I would definately use alpharooms again and would also recommend alpharooms to my family and friends. Thank you very much for your excellent service and dedication to detail, nothing seemed too much trouble for you. A very happy customer Mrs Pauline Hotchkiss
