Firstly, in no one can this be described as a “GOLF” resort. There are no usable golf facilities on site and despite what the website says there is NO golf course. The practice net area is dilapidated, overgrown, full of holes and completely unusable. The Putting green is also completely unusable and the golf bar is used as the kids club. You get no actual discount with the nearest golf course (you actual can book cheaper online) Titanic. As for the so called “5 star” resort itself…. 1. Rooms: The first room we were shown was cramped unclean and smelled atrocious. On opening the balcony window, we had a wonderful view of the outside drain which was causing the overpowering smell. We were eventually moved to another room a couple of floors higher which was still rather small and pokey, but at least was clean and smell free. 2. Food: according to the website the there are four A la Carte restaurants. This is frankly not true. There is one additional restaurant to the main buffet restaurant and this serves different food on different nights. Unfortunately, we never really got to test this as in order to get a booking you had to start queueing at customer services at 8am in the morning. There is nothing like the capacity required. In addition, despite the so called “Ultra all inclusive” tag you actually had to pay an additional charge if you did get a booking on the Italian or Mexican evening. 3. Buffet restaurant: This was just chaos and the staff looked hopelessly unable to cope with the number of dinners. Finding an outside table was almost impossible and if you did the food (although there were massive amounts of it) was bland and completely repetitive. We just ended up eaten grilled chicken and salad most days. Eaten anything sweet outside left you liable to be tormented by numerous wasps 4. The pool area to fair was quite pleasant but once again have anything sweet (drink or snack) by the pool and expect to be tormented by wasps. 5. Facilities: Let’s start with the gym, which is not even air conditioned, the equipment was in a very rundown, poor bordering on dangerous state and in order to use the static bikes you would need to take your own spanner!! 6. The SPA: also looking a bit rundown the biggest problem was anytime you went anywhere near it all the wanted to do was pressure you into having overpriced massage packages. To the extent that we didn’t use this facility either. Overall the resort is just very tired and run down. No doubt 15 years ago it was a wonderful hotel but lack of staff and investment means it is now a 2 star at best. Truly the most disappointing holiday we have had for a very very long time

Lovely hotel with vast grounds, two swimming pools (One for adults only) amazing gardens and right on the beach. The food was good, service could have been better at times, no excuse but the hotel was full due to Bayram the Turkish holiday. The rooms were adequate with a fridge,a hairdryer and a free safe to use. Everywhere was clean and tidy. I have visited before and would definately visit again.
The best thing about my stay was...The best thing I liked about the stay was the adult pool and the gardens.

3 generation family stayed at this great hotel in June. Family room was perfect for youngsters who had their own room adjoining their parents. Food was excellent with great choice, all of the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. The evening entertainment was amazing and we could not believe how professional the shows were, would definitely repeat the experience.
The best thing about my stay was...The staff
