Good for the price
We stayed full board for £350 each with flights over new year. The food was plentiful and good, the room was big and ok, the hotel was very clean, the pool nice but very cold and the staff efficient but not over friendly. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel except that the drinks were expensive and the orange juice at breakfast was watered down too much on three mornings of our stay.
The best thing about my stay was...When the breakfast orange juice was not watered down it was plentiful and amazing.

Lovely hotel, but don't bother with half-board...

Lovely hotel, in a great location. Check-in was very quick and easy and our room was available straight-away even though we arrived early. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a good aircon system... we were on the 5th floor and had a balcony overlooking the terrace/pool area. Wifi only worked in the lobby/terrace area and was intermittent. Breakfast was basic, but OK... with regard to lunch/dinner, with half-board you could have either one. However, the choice was also very basic and/or limited to a set menu. Unfortunately, the service was very poor left waiting for 30 mins to an hour before being able to get drinks and food; to the point where we only ate one lunch and one dinner at the hotel and had food out at all other times, hence we wish we had just gone bed and breakfast. The reception desk staff were very friendly and efficient and the pool guy was brilliant... providing towels for the sunbeds when required and making sure everything was OK. The pool was lovely and refreshing as the weather was very hot!
The best thing about my stay was...Location, room and pool.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times before because of its central location. I would classify this hotel as three star not four star. On this occasion my experience with the reception staff was not very good. The hotel has to change its procedures to keep in line with the hotel indusry for example I could not make telephone calls from my room and I was asked to use the telephone in the foyer hence there was no privacy. There in no WIFI in the rooms either and one has to sit in the hotel lobby, in the cold, to use a computer. The menu was same every evening and could do with variation. I was beginning to believe the the food being served may have been from the previous evening. Although I was given a room on the 5th floor facing the street where it was very NOISEY. Will I stay there on my next trip?

Was great to stay there
Surinder, Romford UK
Checked in at the hotel around 8.00 pm and was warmly greeted by the reception ( a bit of shock though about the local tax) was shown to the room which had two twin beds. The house keeping staff quickly converted the twin beds to a double bed, surprised at her skills. The reception had picked up my birth day from the check in form, same as the check in date, and promptly decorated the room and sent in a free with a fruit basket with a birthday massage. The staff was friendly but the only snag is not many speak English and there is no room service. Had to go down to the breakfast hall for my daily early morning Cuppa. A great place to stay in Marrakech

Could have been better. POOR
When checked in I do know we usually have to pay tax , but this time one family member didn'tt make it to the holiday with us so they made my 7 year old son pay tax just to make their money (as they were losing out on the adult that didn't come)and no tax should have been due for him very annoyed!. There is only 1 lady making fresh crepes for 20+ people at breakfast time so have to wait in long ques. Finally my both son fell ill on the last day and vomitted they didn't have room cleaners and wanted us to sleep in the smelly room I gave them a mouthful only then they changed our room. They just want to make money by hook or crook!.
The best thing about my stay was...a heater

The hotel and rooms were super clean, showers and beds perfect. Air conditioning worked well. Pool assistant was amazing! Got everything for us and resolved all our problems - guy needs a pay rise! Some of the waiting staff a little rude to us, we found ourselves at the back of any queue even if arrived first. Bit annoying that we couldnt take in our own water (cost 4 times the amount of water outside the hotel) and that the rooms safe was 20 dirhams a night. Reception was delightful, really would recommend to stay, just take some extra money for water and drinks. Marrakech itself was amazing. But watch out for local tax - will get charged this when booked through a low cost company.
The best thing about my stay was...Cleanliness

everything you could want!
We have stayed at this before and cannot fault it. The location is great, close to everything. The hotel is spotlessly clean, as is the pool which is excellent with no shortage of sun lounges, the food is great and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Can't wait to come back.
The best thing about my stay was...everything!

great location - friendly staff
debbie fraser, London
Read mxd reviews on this hotel- so booked bed and breakfast. Room lovely, fridge, hairdryer and we borrowed an iron. Traditional decor - we loved it! Breakfast choice not so good but we had scrambled agg and cheese rolls everymorning lots of coffee and a croisant - so this did us. Loation good with some bars and resturants opposite and others not too far away - Gossips Cocktail bar (Cocktails about 60 Dirhams) and Eveil Du Sens Restuarant -follow signs (Oppositer Mattise Resturant) worth a visit (Meal for 70 Dirams (about 6 quid) - both on way to main square - dont forget to have the hamman in the hotel about 300 Dh which was under 30 quid! Hotel should have a bar as service when at pool was a bit slow! All our taxis cost 50dh - we just didnt tip as others told us it should be no more than 40 dh ! ! ! Keep small change on you for beggars and others selling services like pictures with monkeys and henna tattooes that take weeks to come off! lol
The best thing about my stay was...Room and decor and Hamman and location was great

Good location, friendly staff.
Lorraine Bates, Telford
Room good size with balcony overlooking pool. Room had fridge and hairdryer. Friendly, helpful staff. Can exchange money at reception at a good rate commission free. Rooms cleaned and linen changed daily. Good breakfast consisting of freshly made omelettes, hard boiled eggs, pastries, bread, toast, cheese, ham and cereals. Dinner ok for price paid. Pool was lovely and had some good shady areas with comfortable sun beds and fresh towels free of charge . Not too far from Medina (30 dirhams by taxi) or 40 minute walk. Bus stop right outside hotel. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets surrounding hotel. Bar in hotel sells beer, wine etc but closes at around 11.30pm and found a little expensive (budweiser around 55 dirhams a bottle). Had read reviews about not being allowed to bring in water/food from outside. Although there is a sign on the front door prohibiting this we did not have a problem bringing in bottles of water and as long as you don't blatantly bring in bags of supermarket shopping there doesnt seem to be a problem. All in all I would probably say it was a good 3star which for the amount we paid was excellent value for money. We would return to this hotel again when visiting Marrakech.
The best thing about my stay was...Loved the Medina & Souks especially at night.
