Ideal for a city trip
A very nice (but big hotel) hotel close to the city center, just a 15 min walk or easily access with the metro. Located almost in the center of a mega shopping center, a bus station just behind the corner and a metro station almost in front of the hotel. Good (excellent) breakfast buffet, if you pay for it off course. Possibility to have a half board stay. with quit good extended hours No need to be in a hurry to have your "souper" The pool and terrace on the roof provide you of a panoramic view of the (modern) part of the city. Annoying was the all-round presence of the music of the shopping center. but closing the rooms provide a good sound isolation. Good working airco. A good ideal hotel for a city trip.
The best thing about my stay was...Easely acces from the airport with the metro

Hotel is in a good location. Easy access to city and beach by metro and bus.
The best thing about my stay was...Courtesy and helpfulness of staff. Comfortable beds. The only disappointment was that the hotel bar closed at 8pm due to under occupancy..

Great location and nice pool
Aaron, Dublin, Ireland
Honestly didn't know what to expect after reading conflicting reviews from multiple sources, but decided that the low cost and the outdoor pool was worth the risk. Glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised:- The Good: We were allocated a double room with a very large comfortable bed. It was spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space. The room had full air-con and was cleaned every day by a very non-intrusive cleaning service. The pool area was very nice and clean, but it can get quite busy. The location is great, right along the Turia garden (the park that runs down the centre of the city), it is in very close proximity to the old city centre, a 2km walk to the Bioparc, and buses and metro right outside the door. The shopping centre below the hotel was nice too, with a variety of shops including 2 supermarkets and a number of cafes. The bad: Not much really! I can't comment on the restaurant because we didn't eat there once, but it seemed pricey enough. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room which I normally like to have. I would also agree with other reviews about the thin walls. We had noisy neighbours for 2 out of our 7 nights, and we could hear them talking and knocking on doors etc., but it wasn't a major inconvenience. Overall, if you are not looking for luxury but a clean room in a good location then the Expo certainly won't be beaten on price. Highly recommended

Good basic hotel
Good value for money hotel. Only one minor complaint, room walls seemed to be very thin as even normal conversations in adjacent rooms could be heard - if you have noisy neighbors you may be in trouble.

A very nice hotel close to the city centre with a shopping centre, bus station and metro next to it. Despite being in the centre, it was quiet in the rooms and although it was July, it wasn't too hot in the room. The pool and terrace on the roof was a bonus and was open all day until 9pm.
The best thing about my stay was...the convenience of the hotel

with a much revised breakfast menu I might return
DJ LEE, Caerleon Gwent np183ep
No problem with the rooms, but the breakfast has really let them down. There was only 2 cold meats all the pastries are mini nothing for healthy eating or Diabetic the bacon was vile. The standard of breakfast has dropped considerately from our last visit.A full size pastry and good quality bacon isn't too much to ask is it?
The best thing about my stay was...The swimming pool

Fabulous as always
This must be around the 10th time we have stayed at the Expo. Great location, great staff, good rooms - just love the place. Nothing fancy or pretentious abut the hotel in fact it is fairly basic but always get a good rate and a warm welcome. Lots of local bars close by offering variety of local cuisine, Valencia old town about 1 mile away (20 minute walk), close to bus station, metro stop just outside, 20 minutes in a cab to the airport, bicycles to hire outside. About 20 minute drive to Ricardo Tormo Circuit at Cheste.
The best thing about my stay was...Location and price
