The hotel, with a total of 314 rooms on 14 floors, is aimed at business travellers, conference guests and tourists who demand excellent service and facilities. It is air-conditioned with a lobby, 24-hour reception, lift access, as well as bar, dining, conference and parking facilities. There is also 24-hour room service and a laundry service available (fees apply for both) Internet access is also offered, as is WLAN access free in public area. This city hotel is situated in a quiet area 1.5 km from the city centre, just a short distance from all services, recreation and business centres. The National Gallery of Iceland, Hallgrimskirkja Church, Reykjavik City Hall and Althingi Parliament are all also within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with first-class amenities, including an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower and hairdryer, large beds, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone, minibar, ironing facilities, tea/coffee making facilities, individually adjustable heating and a safe deposit box. With business guests in mind, all rooms come with a high-speed Internet connection. There is a swimming pool just a 5-minute walk away. Very good hotel

Lovely hotel with very clean rooms and the staff were attentive. Room was quite warm but did have efficient air conditioning.Great choice on the menus and as we were leaving at 03:30 am we were unable to have breakfast however were offered a snack and drink from he chilled cabinet instead. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
