10/10 Amazing

Family had holiday in August

, UK

This is a great hotel in a quiet location and a 15 minute walk from the town. Our room was spacious and modern & had amazing views over the pool & beach which were lovely. The staff were friendly & attentive. Great stay at peak time.

The best thing about my stay was ...

Great pool, beach & location

Luxury weekend escape

, Cyprus

Luxury hotel by the beach Good sized swimming pool Great pool service and beach. Lots of amenities and services. Dining breakfast could be a lot better. Drink/ snack prices good! Clean and very good location. I recommend for a romantic gateaway but not with family as not much for children to do or entertainment wise, even if it has a lot facilities to offer.

The best thing about my stay was ...

Upgraded to a suite!

Enjoyable stay - even in December!!

, Cyprus

Our golf club had our Christmas party there on Sat night so decided to stay over after getting a great deal with AlphaRooms. Hotel quiet (as you would expectin Dec) but service friendly and efficient. Room was large and bright (we found it a little bland - whites and beige -but in summer probably looks really cooling) and had heating - with a small balcony -overlooking the back so not a great view! Wooden/ tiled floors so you may want to take slippers - but again lovely for the hot weather! If staying for longer period would consider upgrading to a side/seaview. Bedroom and bathroom spotless as all hotel areas but in a few places looked like it needed a fresh coat of paint. Indoor pool, gym and beauty salon all open. We thought the drink was expensive - but that is what you get at a 5* hotel I suppose! Within flat walking distance of the town (10 mins) with lots of bars and restaurants. (Try Liquid (cafe bar where the locals go) and Sage its sister restaurant for a great meal) Breakfast at hotel was very good - lots of choice. Lovely grounds, pool and right on the beach. Would stay there again.

The best thing about my stay was ...

Overall an enjoyable stay.

Good

, London England

Good but room for improvement Firstly the command of English among the staff is poor The cost of salad per person at lunch time is way over the top for what is on offer. For less in a five star London hotel you would have a more generous selection. Not very basic offering accompanied by some cold pre sliced meat. I found the cost of beverages way too expensive for a holiday resort and the service was not good. The pool area was nice. It was well kept The bed rooms were very tidy. The bathroom a decent size. Plenty of towels and so on. I also enjoyed an excellent view from the balcony
