Disneyland Paris

Been to America, Florida 3 times and was a bit concerned that Paris would be no match! It was excellent for a short stay although I found the facilities for eating no so good. Very expensive with little variety!! Went in May and found that the parks closed around 7pm, so a bit disappointed. 12am close in America so although I would recommend this for a short break, if you have time to save, go to Florida for exciting parks, extra friendly staff and wonderful displays throughout the day and night to captivate and charm all ages.

The best thing about my stay was ...

Queues were not too bad for the time of year.

Simply amazing

Absolutely beautiful - make sure you get the schedule when you arrive so you can plan for the shows, and make use of the fast-track passes - we didn't buy one but you can spend 3/4 of your day queuing at peak times of the year I'm sure, we spend enough time queuing and only discovered the passes later on in the day. Many of the exciting rides are subject to height restrictions. Probably wouldn't recommend for children under 3 as lots of waiting around involved ie for shows, pics with characters, rides, food, toilets, etc, etc - in short you will spend a lot of time just waiting.

Magical

Unbelievably magical, my 5 year old loved it as did I and her Grandmother. Loved making memories, however it is so expensive inside the parks so i recommend bringing your own mickey ears as they cost around 18 euro a pair and bring a packed lunch as food is expensive and not a great variety for the price, Disney village is just outside so eat there instead less expensive more variety, also for little girls bring princess dresses as they cost a fortune. make sure when you purchase you tickets get them with Fast Pass as you could be waiting up to an hour for some rides, i bought mine on through Travel Republic they were 43 euro each and they had Fast Pass. Would go back because its out of this world.

loved everying about it

Always fun with the kids!

Disneyland paris is a great location to go with younger kids, before it is worth going to the USA. There are 2 parks - disney studios and the main disneyland park. The studios park has a few rides but is mainly shows. This can be useful on a less nice day, but I wouldn't expect to spend as long here as in the main park, so definitely get a park hopper ticket if you can. Food in Disney isn't cheap, so plan to either eat light or spend! There are also a few restaurants in the Disney village - we ate in the Rainforest Cafe which is great for the kids, but also not cheap. My main negative comment would be that the fast pass should be provided on more rides. Even in March it was busy (it was a nice day), and the rides with Fast pass didn't seem to have any queue anyway.

Fantastic Family Fun at Disneyland Paris

Had a fantastic 4 days with the family in November. This was our second visit and this year had to try more of the thrill rides as 11 year old niece with us. Glad I did as they were really fun. Overall the experience was fantastic although I didn't feel the fireworks show was as good as last years - still excellent though. The only other negative point was a disappointing encounter with someone who I think was the manager (or one of them in Annettes). Basically he got a bit up himself when we complained that my wife's meat which was supposed to be well done was baasically still pink. He was very condescending - you should have looked before eating, that is how we eat meet in France etc. He wasn't going to do anything but I basically told him that was unacceptable and they replaced the meet - but nothing remotely like an apology. Actually the waitress who took our order and served us was much nicer and she herself acknowledged that the meat was not cooked as we had wanted and apologised even though we did not feel it was her fault. As for the manager/head waiter or whatever he was though - his manner and service was very poor. The night in question was my daughter's 9th birthday and we intended to return the next night for my niece's - needless to say we didn't.

The best thing about my stay was ...

Thrilling rides and happy staff (except for the one in Annette's)

New Year at Disneyland Paris

A fantastic place to spend time at Christmas or New Year. There is so much to see and do, including shows and parades, and New Year's Eve was very special, finishing with a fabulous firework display at midnight, set to music as is Disney's tradition.

The best thing about my stay was ...

WONDERFUL,MAGICAL A CHANCE TO BRING THE LITTLE KID OUT IN YOU..

DISNEYLAND WAS MAGICAL FROM THE TIME YOU STEP THROUGH THE GATES YOUR A KID AGAIN. THE KIDS WILL LOVE THE RIDES THERE IS ONE FOR EVERYONE BUT IF THE PARKS ARE BUSY THE QUEUES CAN BE QUITE LONG.I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE WITH SMALL CHILDREN DO THE DISNEYLAND PARK FIRST IT HAS A LOT MORE SMALL RIDES IN IT.IT CAN BE A BIT EXPENSIVE FOR BOTH GIFTS AND FOOD BUT ITS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME TRIP.ALSO BRING A RAIN JACKET .

The best thing about my stay was ...

KIDS BIG AND SMALL WILL HAVE THE TIME OF THERE LIFES...ENJOY.
