Lovely Hotel and friendly staff
Gary Earl, Scotland
Decided to break our 2 week holiday over 3 hotels and it worked a treat. Habtoor Hotel and Service was too Class as was the food at breakfast. This hotel fitted in with our budget, however it was at very start of JB Walk and during July it is a tough walk home. The pool, whilst nice has strange steps and you have to tread with caution whilst entering or leaving pool. Other than that....VERY nice hotel indeed.
The best thing about my stay was...Friendly Staff and 5* Attention

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Had to be moved from one room due to noise but this was no problem to us or staff. Good breakfast with tables available at all times.
The best thing about my stay was...The location of the hotel and the efficiency and politeness of all the staff.

Wonderful Trip – Excellent Location and Fantastic Services
Jailo Smith, London
This was my first visit to Dubai and I was on holiday with my wife. . We were excited especially my wife because this was her first foreign trip. We stay there for a week and everything was fine from pickup to departure. Habtoor Grand Resort is on great location and easily accessible to all major sites. Once we arrived at hotel we got everything what we need. We had at a tower sea view room which was great and make a different look to sea and city in night. The room was well managed and services were great. The all staffs are very friendly and egger to provide great services. The restaurant of hotel was good especially local foods like chicken and drinks were amazing. This was fantastic holiday and thanks to Habtoor Grand to make our holiday memorable. I recommended this hotel for their great services and I must visit there during my next Dubai trip.
The best thing about my stay was...Room, Spa, Drinks, Privacy

Stayed at the Habtoor for 5 nights. It was our honeymoon.Absolutely fabulous hotel, couldn't fault it!Staff were lovely, very friendly and would go out of their way to help you. Because we were on honeymoon the hotel upgraded us at no extra charge to a tower room with a view of the sea.We also got a mix of food and a bottle of wine as a surprise to the room the second day we arrived. Was a lovely surprise..Very spacious room, great views. The hotel had 7 restaurants, The Grill was my favourite and I can honestly say that I got the nicest steak that I ever had there.Well worth the money.Would def recommend staying here.
The best thing about my stay was...The best steak ever!

Just returned from the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa after a stay of 5 nights in August 2008. Firstly the hotel is not far from the airport. The journey was about 30 minutes. The hotel itself lies in the heart of the Jumeriah mile. The staff were excellent, at times a bit too helpful as in wanted to open every door or if i had let them them would have put my socks on for me. The majority of the staff are from India and the Phillipines and there attitude and manners are impechable. The food at the many resturants is excellent. The beach is at the end of the hotel with crystal clear water. The Mall of the Emirates is close by too a short taxi ride. I believe that it is the largest shopping centre in the Middle East. Then around the corner you have the Walk and pavemented area ( very rare in Dubai) where you can walk beside the sea and admire the spledour of the buildings. I would recommend a Deria boat cruise with dinner and the desert safari. A visit to the souks is a must ( the real Dubai) and to Wadi Park ( the water park at Jumeriah hotel) which is opposite the Burg ( the alleged 7 star hotel). What however struck me the most about Duabi is the great family atmopshere and the lack of yobs and drunks on the streets which was a heaven sent. Taxis are cheap by UK standards. The palce is as commerical as they come but hey DuabI is probably like no other place so just enjoy it. Lastly Aplha rooms gave me the best deal on this hotel by far.

Best Hotel Ever!
Stayed at Habtoor Grand for a week in Jan 2008. Was nicest place we've ever stayed and we've been on many nice holidays. Staff just couldn't do enough for us. Everybody was so helpful and friendly, both hotel staff and locals. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Water, fresh fruit, chocolates and toiletries delivered to room each day free of charge, including, Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, razers, exfoliator! Pool area is lovely with water slide and jacuzzi. Hotel is right on beach and staff will serve you drinks on beach, which you can put on yor room tab. Food at breakfast was lovely. Also lots of nice restaurants in hotel, not very expensive. We were slightly worried about travelling with our young son who was only 9 months but everything was fine. Hotel helped with anything we needed and even washed and sterilised his bottles for us each day! Lots of building work surrounding hotel but there's no noise from it so that didn't bother us at all. Hotel Spar is lovely and not overly expensive. Must visit the Gold Souk for cheap diamonds (can bargain them down) and perfume shops near souk for very cheap perfume. Overall fab holiday, expensive to go but cheap once you're there. Would definitely return.
