Comfortable Room

Stayed for one night with daughter. Room was a good size with huge double bed and a single bed. Had everything we needed for an overnight Beds were very comfortable. Room very clean. En suite didn't have a bath but that wasn't a problem for us. Rooms were very warm but you could control heat yourself - also had air conditioning. Bells from cathedral did wake me up several times during night but my teenage daughter didn't hear them at all! Reception staff pleasant. We stayed on room only basis. My daughter had cooked breakfast which was almost €9 and a glass of orange juice, approx €2.50. No cereal available. Good location with buses running past and Luas line about 10 minute walk away. Lots of nIce looking places to eat close by. We ate in an Italian just a few minutes walk away - cant remember the name but started wit T and the food and service was excellent.

The best thing about my stay was...

Size of double (queen?? sized bed which my daughter loved!!

Great location for seeing the city

We stayed at this hotel 15 years ago, some were pleased to be going back. The hotel,is just as we remembered, rooms are a good size, adequately equipped, maybe a bit basic but spotlessly clean. The Irish breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating when we requested an early continental breakfast in our room one day. This hotel is on the doorstep of a lot of great restaurants and bars, and has a nice bar of its own, with regular live music nights. It's only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Dublin, and there are plenty of bus tops near by. We will definitely return to stay at the Harding again.

The best thing about my stay was...

Location and friendly staff

Booked for Bruce Springsteen concert

Really close to Temple Bar = When we checked in the man at reception was really friendly and give us directions to the car park. The fridge was a little noisy in the room. The maids started to clean outside our room really early and were very noisy with their chatting and hoovering. We didn't pre-book breakfast but had some before we left which was lovely. Overall the staff were great and the hotel was really close to the bars.

The best thing about my stay was...

Receptionist really nice and friendly

Great hotel would definitely stay again!

Really central hotel for temple bar area. Staff friendly and very accommodating for our large group of ladies, we were able to leave our luggage until check in as we arrived earlier. One downside is the hotel is opposite Christ Church where the bells ring at least three times an hour all throughout the night!!

great location and beds - oh, and the fridge!

Excellent beds - best ever! Fridge in room is BRILLIANT, for this alone we would return; sad I know. On edge of temple Bar so quieter. Bar has great music on the sunday. Bar staff on quiet night was very cold and made a point of being interrupted from her chat with friends (other staff) huffed and pulled faces! Bells from Christchurch were not too bad even with windows open. Room far too HOT due to hot water pipes (so having radiator off doesn't stop the heat) running across room (2 x 4metres), needed all windows open and fan on and still too hot. Brings me back to the fridge - COLD water essential!

The best thing about my stay was...

Bed and fridge!

Great Hotel!

Great Hotel in a great location, far enough away from the madding crowd so a good nights sleep can be had yet close enough to walk to Temple Bar pubs and entertainment. Third time we have stayed and we will definitely be back next year. Staff and Management were most helpful at all ties.

The best thing about my stay was...

Felt at home.

Great Location,Bit noisy

Location is excellent, right next to Temple bar and within walking distance of O'Connell street, Grafton etc. Couldn't fault the hotel itself, very clean, friendly staff and well priced but Dublin Cathedral right next door is very noisy. Bells are chimed on the hour and a bell for each hour. Apart from the interupted sleep it was grand.
