Couldn't fault the room or staff. I had a faulty shower head so informed the staff on my way out and when we got home in the night it had been replaced it. Whenever I've informed staff in hotels here and abroad i found it takes a couple of days and badgering before anything gets done. As for the hotel itself we didn't spend much time there. we had a large bathroom and the beds were comfortable. We had fresh coffee left everyday (for the percolator). We had a room with a washing machine which is perfect as you don't have to take full cases wash the clothes you have (ask the maid for washing powder as its free) and you can then go across to the shopping outlet where it is a lot cheaper than over here for labels, so you can fill your case. Across from the hotel is a supermarket and atm's if you need to withdraw money. There is also a steak house the Outback) which I can recommend as we went there 3 times as we enjoyed it so much also if you have children the sodas are free. The Hotel doesn't provide a free shuttle to any parks (they do have a shuttle but it costs $9 per person a day). this wasn't a problem as there is a bus stop right out side and it is only 2 buses to both Disney and Universal. There are 2 numbers that stop outside (not the international drive coach), you can catch either let the driver know where you want to go and they will let you know when you reach your stop and where the next bus stop is (across the road). You must ask for a commuting ticket (no extra charge price was $2 each) as you will need this for the other bus or you will have to pay again. When you get the bus for the first time make sure you pick up the time table for your buses (they are behind the driver) you will need to look through as the are mixed up. with the time tables you can then know what time bus to catch so that your not waiting too long on the bus stop for the second bus they are pretty prompt. we met up with some friends one day and went to Disney on their shuttle bus (free) but found it took just as long to get to Disney as the public bus due to the fact that they would go to other hotels, also they would only come back at certain times so there was a mad scramble for the last bus, whereas the public buses ran until after midnight without any hassle. The other negative point is if you'd rather go out for breakfast there was only a Mcdonalds and a Subway across the road. Would I go there again ? unreservedly yes.

Another great stay
Second time at this hotel. Location is possibly one of the best features - backs on to the Outlet shopping, Publix & eating places walkable & easy access to Disney & other attractions. Downside - not a lot for children except the pool. When the local church and Outlet people collide getting out of the Vineland Ave can take a rather long time.
The best thing about my stay was...Location, comfortable room , relaxing by the pool

Excellent self-catering resort fantastic location
Mrs Robinson, Liverpool
We booked a weeks stay here last minute and were very pleased that we did. The resort itself is in an excellent location next to Premium Outlets on Vineland we were in block 4 and you could walk to shopping mall. Check in very quick and we only received one call asking us to go for vacation ownership breakfast, we politely declined and were not bothered again! Apartment was lovely clean, fullly equiped and everything worked, we had maid service every day and they were very good. The only negative I can think of was the apartment was a little dark, building 4 overlooking the lake did not get the sun during the day and so next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) I would request one on the other side of the lake near the main pool area. Cheaper than Sheraton LBV which is where we normally stay and much better location, will be staying there on our next visit.
The best thing about my stay was...Location, clean and well equiped.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The staff where so nice and helpful. The rooms where very spacious & clean. The pool bar food was really nice & the kids loved playing in the pool. It was so handy having the premium outlets beside us and the loaction of the hotel is great for all the parks. We used the shuttle bus & found this brill.
