Nice hotel. Rooms not to the same standard to be expected. Mimi bar wasn’t available to use. Ordered nachos to the room not great. Roof bar great/slow service. Pool area cold, jacuzzi lukewarm

Impressive looking hotel. Good room on a lower floor, friendly reception staff. Helpful in finding a restaurant for 16 people! Cloud Bar didn't get a visit, just too busy and getting a booking sorted for more than 6 was too much hassle. Attention to detail for a 4* not great, greeted by a bottle of water with a £3.95 price tag which is never a good start to the weekend, then the room folder had been scribbled over by a child as was the menu.
The best thing about my stay was...Swimming in the pool

Stayed at the hilton deansgate while in Manchester to see a concert. Room was nice bed was broken in first room so had to call reception to request a room change which took over an hour which left us no time to get ready. The que in reception for cloud23 was constant and a bit off putting as it runs right in front of reception so everyone in the que could over hear your conversation. The views from the bar were amazing and would reccomend to all. Breakfast was nice with lots of choice. Pool and spa were brilliant very relaxing and not to busy. Also note DON'T remove anything from the fridge unless you want it on the bill. My daughter decided to empty our fridge to chill a pasta salad and bottle of champagne for our night out. Only to receive a bill for nearly £50 on check out.
The best thing about my stay was...the views from the bar are the besr

Well worth a visit to the hotel. The staff could not do enough to help with stay and any plans. Cloud bar was fantastic and pleased that we booked as by passed the long queue of people waiting to get in! Rooms spacious and clean - facilities fantastic. Only thing, take a cardigan for while having breakfast as can be cold as next to front entrance. However overall fantastic and would def go again
The best thing about my stay was...The staff

In my experience, Hilton hotels are consistently good the world over and the Manchester Deansgate is no exception.Very comfortable rooms, lovely staff, friendly and helpful and good food. I choose to stay at Hilton hotels whenever I find an internet offer and I am working in a city with a Hilton. The rack rate is too high . I really wanted to stay at the hilton next week too but the rate is too expensive so Ive had to go elsewhere.Keep offers coming and I will keep using Hilton.
The best thing about my stay was...Hilton pillows! Best in world!

Went for New Year.. Given a disabled room!, had to ask for dressing gowns. Steam room floor dirty the same the next day. No towels available in changing area. Lock broken on toilet in spa. Room service slow, food cold and poor. Cloud 23, New Years Eve, no still water, no count down to New Year, music poor, it was an ordinary night, no feeling of New Year, except fire works around Manchester, hotel not responsible! It cost £50 a ticket and received a free drink on arrival..

Great night at the Hilton!
Positives - Modern hotel, friendly, helpful staff on reception, spacious, clean room, the comfiest bed and bedding ever - feather quilt and pillows - (I didn't want to get out of bed the next morning!),good breakfast, lovely bathroom freebies! Negatives - lighting in room not bright enough for ladies applying make-up, queuing system for Cloud 23 not favourable for paying guests as you still have to queue along with Joe Public - a 30 minute wait at 6pm was too long for us so we didn't bother but did manage to get up to the bar after 1am on our way home just to see the night view (which is super) and have a nightcap - the restaurant for breakfast was a little draughty as it is open plan and our breakfast table was not set properly so we had to ask the waiters twice for different things
The best thing about my stay was...The lovely comfy bed, Cloud 23 and the main bar downstairs
