We had 2 weeks holiday in morocco, and we were very happy that we choose this hotel cause it is great location close to the beach, hotel service was very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing, all inclusive drinks are very basic. Rooms are okay, not much entertainment on the evening.I would recommend 100%.

All in all a good Hotel..Fast check in ...beds firm which we like...one pool heated (nice)...We both enjoyed the food especially the large beef joint / pork joint which was carved for you and every night so much choice..The restaurant was very noisy though...the drinks were all good and plenty of good measures...bar staff around the reception were a little slow but at the beach bar....super fast friendly smiley service from the lads..beach bar food good as well...Down points for nothing much in the way of entertainment in the evening but the Moroccan night was fun with the spinning man and the snake charmer..Another down point was the rude guests from France Russia etc etc but that is no fault of the Hotel...We would both stay again
The best thing about my stay was...Food and Bar staff at pool bar..

I have to say mealtimes were extremely noisy...almost like a school canteen. The food not very good at all and repetitive.Be on your toes when booking trips with the tourguide at the hotel. We did a trip to Tiznit thinking it would have nice shops but regretably after a very long drive we were cheated by the guide and taken to just one very primitive looking shop.Very disappointing!
The best thing about my stay was...The grounds around the hotel

The food at this hotel is not great as its mostly the same everyday. As it is an all inclusive, the food quality is very cheap and not to a high standard. The price difference between half board and all inclusive was very little so went for all inclusive. Macdonalds and local cuisine probably better The service at the hotel is not great, the staff hardly understand English. My mobile got stolen here and never got it back. everything is money here! Safe you have to pay for, pool towels you have to pay for deposit and the swimming pool was not heated!

Great location and great animation team - the kids loved it. It is all inclusive so drinks are cheap (it is quantity rather than quality). Food is good albeit repetitive but overall very good. Big turn off was the restaurant: a massive room which was extremely noisy with a canteen feel to it. The hotel is a bit dated and also quite dirty (pool area, tables etc). Rooms are dated and the beds are awful (old metallic bed: noisy and really not comfy). Some staff are lovely others are borderline rude, especially bar staff - again side effect of all inclusive.
The best thing about my stay was...Location and climate

A very relaxing Holiday
Chris McCready, Ilford
The Hotel Staff from the reception, room, entertainment and catering were all very friendly and helpful. The food and drink were very good in all aspects. The weather was a bit disappointing for the first week but did improve. This meant the swimming pools were on the cool side. Not a lot to do in Agadir so if you like to stay in the Hotel then because of the very good entertainment team there are plenty of things to do.
The best thing about my stay was...The quality of staff and food.
