Friendly staff, good location, spacious apartments, good pool area
The best thing about my stay was...Shuttle buses from resort to disney, universal and seaworld

Stayed one week in a disney hotel then one week here, and honestly found this hotel to be the best. Bags of room in our 2 bed apartment, very well equipped kitchen, liked the fridge ice maker, huge jacuzzi bath, big comfortable beds. The washer, drier and dishwasher were easy to use and worked well. Lots of room to park. We ate at frankie Farrell pub and also had them deliver - perfect after a long day in the parks and the fish and chips were a winner with the kids fed up of disney kids chicken nuggets meals. We found the pool not to be crowded at all - relative to the disney resort. The furniture in the apartment had the odd scratch and the decor is neutral but a bit kitch - glass table with a pineapple shaped base was my favourite! Great vfm, good location and second bedroom with 2 double beds so the children did not have to share a bed made it perfect for us. The publix supermarket is a bit further but better than Walmart for shopping, shop on site is expensive.
The best thing about my stay was...2 rooms and and big beds ( 2x doubles & 1 king )

Rooms - large but interior and furnishings somewhat dated and tired looking. Cleaning - you have to pay extra so this is certainly a drawback Location - handy enough for Disney and the bottom end of International Drive also Kissimmee is just down the road. There is a large shopping outlet adjacent to the complex which seemed reasonable price wise. Frankie Farrell's pub is in the complex which provides decent pub meals at reasonable prices and the service was good. There is a mini supermarket which seems to have it's own concept of pricing , way too expensive. There is a Wallmart half a mile a way, worth the drive to stock up on provisions Didn't have any real hassle parking even arriving well after midnight. Stayed in block 1 which was a bit noisy from the air vents of the pub's kitchen and late night revellers. There is a small pool in block 1 and the main pool on the other side with the big ship which dominates the pool, snacks and drinks are available at the main pool which seemed reasonable enough. Staff friendly and helpful although the concierge was a bit pushy about attending a presentation about the place ( basically selling time shares). However if you have a spare 90 minutes to go along then they will give you a visa card for your time so this might be of interest to some people. Overall it is a decent place to stay with good sized rooms and nice friendly staff. The main drawbacks are the outdated electrics and furnishings and lack of daily cleaning (at no extra cost).
The best thing about my stay was...safe family friendly place in a good location for major road networks to parks etc

Have stayed here several times. There is everything you need in the apartment, although some of the furnishings are a little dated and need replacing. T g e staff are very friendly and helpful. Tip. Don't use the hotels taxis, as they are a lot more expensive, you can call a near a cab from your room for free, and they are much cheaper
The best thing about my stay was...weather

Booked two apartments which we found to be very roomy and well equipped. However we were very surprised to be asked for a payment of 161 dollars for each apartment for use of amenities. Reception staff were not very forthcoming as to what these amenities were and insisted on immediate payment. As cleaning and laundry were chargeable extras I can only assume that this was for "free shuttle"/swimming pool. Even the kiddies activities had to be paid for. Our holiday company did not advise us that any extra charges would be imposed when we booked. Usually these amenities are included in cost of holiday. Apart from this the hotel is in a great location and shopping on site was very good.
The best thing about my stay was...Nearby outlets

The location was good, not far from Disney, Universal etc.. The Pool area was good but busy, could make better use of Pirate ship, just has one slide on it. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities you would want, felt the decor was a little tired and need of a refresh, but they were clean. The main thing that was disappointing was the fact that Cleaning service was not part of resort fee and you had to pay for towel changes and cleaning services.

nice but abit worn

Really nice place, bit tired looking in the older buildings, stayed in building 2 but requested building 5. Stayed at floridays before and much nicer place, not impressed with the charging for maid service, never done that before expected the resort fee but think the housekeeping should be included. Think there is nicer in orlando for less price
The best thing about my stay was...the pool

Could do with a spring clean !
dave carter, berkshire
Have stayed here a few times now and have to say that whilst we still love the resort especially the rooms, it is starting to look like the rooms are in need of general upkeep - parts missing from the toilet door, shower sealant worn away.additionally has this resort become too popular - there was a total party of 7 and it was impossible to get that amount of seats around the pool together - even struggled at 9.30 in the morning ( evidence of people - brits unfortunately having caught the german disease of putting towels on beds and leaving them there despite not being present).
The best thing about my stay was...size of rooms

21 days in LBV RESORT
janice crowley, Dublin
We booked through Alpha rooms no bother. Lovely hotel, very spacious we booked 2 bed. We have 3 boys twins 16 & youngest 12. Only gripe I would have would be that if they provided a hoover I would have been happier. There wasn't even a broom to sweep. I would also prefer wood or tiled flooring. You cud see were the carpets were getting ruined from lack of regular cleaning. It stated on the LBV resort page about the $10 resort fee per night but at end of 3 wks we were only charged $8 per night. If you came home after 11pm you usually had to park on road. Pool was gorgeous.
The best thing about my stay was...The space and jacuzzi bath were fabulous.

Great 3 bed apartment, fantastic facilities, only down side is walls are a little thin and an be a bit noisy on an evening if you are put next to couples when you are with a young family.
