Excellent hotel in central location.
Excellent range of food. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well run, all sections of the hotel were professionally managed. Located next to the main square in the middle of bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
The best thing about my stay was...The staff were excellent.

Greta location if you come to party, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, with a good selection of food. Gym is ok, very hot to train however you can get a decent workout. The shisha in the main bar was hit and miss, very expensive but overall good hotel and would probably try somewhere else next time just because I like variation. The late checkout was expensive at 40 euros and one massive down side was that there are no ironing boards or iron which you can request to your room, they have a shared ironing room which is a big inconvenience - this is very surprising given the star rating of this hotel.
The best thing about my stay was...Friendliness of staff

All this hotel is missing (my view only) is decent coffee at breakfast
This is my 3rd stay at the Napa Plaza in the last 8 years - an indication itself as to the quality of the hotel - and I would consider it again should I return. The front desk and reception staff are very helpful and will help you with hotel issues, taxi service, airport shuttle ...oh and Andry was very helpful when I left belongings behind...having checked out. The pool is not heated...so hold your breath and take the plunge...it is great once in. The spa facilities and staff are great and the gym not bad for a hotel gym. Only one running machine, a cycle and cross trainer the rest are weight stations and loose weights. The main disappointment for me on this trip, and my last, was the fact that the in-house Japanese restaurant does not open out of season...so not until 1st May... I miss it yet again.
The best thing about my stay was...the location, the staff and the happy hour for cocktails!!

This was a very clean, lively hotel aimed at youngish adults. The restaurants/bars attached to the hotel offer a certain class that is absent from the Main Square but as its within just a few meters from the heart of the partying so if you so wish you can have a sophisticated drink before hitting the carnage that the Square has to offer. The bar food is excellent although service is slow (probably the heat). The rooms are a little small but all of them seem to have a small balcony, ours had air conditioning so it was more than adequate for the limited amount of time we actually spent in there. Poolside rooms can be a little noisy on "fabulous Thursday" afternoons due to the music which if you are trying to sleep off last nights booze even into the afternoon can be a little distracting and there is a church that randomly rings its bells during the daytime which can be heard on the other side of the hotel. With the exception of Thursday afternoons the hotel pool is a relaxing place to nurse a hangover during the day and to meet new people. If you are between 18-30 and single I would recommend this hotel, or if your are older than 30 but happy to lie about your age and relationship status then I would equally recommend it. This hotel did have an element of class about it considering its Ayia Napa and it is geared towards adults looking to have a good time but not go out of control. There is a varied mix of nationalities staying at the hotel who seemed intent to all be friendly and have a good time, however I suspect that if you intend to spend your holiday draped in an Union Jack beach towel and chant "Engerland" at any opportunity whilst bestowing the virtues of the British Empire then its possible that you may not be made as welcome we were.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful
Karen Avery, Lower Green
This hotel was right in the centre of the resort - a plus and a minus. Easy to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops but also a good hotel for the younger groups to party in and from. My room was as described, free WiFi and the breakfast choice was great. Tv channels were limited to only 1 English speaking channel..... CNN news! More satellite tv would be good. The pool looked inviting and it was lovely on a hot day. I prefer the beach so hired a bike €17 for the week and travelled a few miles along the cycle paths through the resort to some great beaches! The only minus side to the hotel was the loud parties in the rooms opposite mine. However, security did come up twice at 3 and 4 am to quieter them down. Alright if you are at the party.... not so if your are trying to sleep. This went on for 2 nights and the hotel then warned the guests that any more complaints and they would ask them to leave. I was impressed at the hotels handling of this and the concern they paid to issue raised.
The best thing about my stay was...The cocktails by the pool in the evening and the location.

loving napa plaza
Julia Higgins, Birmingham
Loved staying here. Food was yummy, staff were without exception friendly and fun, everything was really clean, pool was lovely, facilities were all as stated on various websites. If you're a light sleeper you might get disturbed by monks singing or tennis sounds in the morning, but I was happy! Pool was peaceful in the day, ideal for relaxing. Pool bar was a bit on the pricey side but it's to be expected and there are lots of other bars around. If I go back to Ayia Napa I'll stay here again - I walked past so many other hotels on main roads that looked shoddy, I felt really glad to be at Napa Plaza.
The best thing about my stay was...location was ideal: off the main road, withing walking distance of nightlife central and gorgeous beach

Can't wait to go back.
Hayley Rose, Tamworth
This hotel is fantastic, we got married here in August 2010 and have booked to go back in June 2011. You can't fault any part of the hotel or staff, it's the best hotel I have ever stayed at and was so pleased i choose it for my wedding. I have been going to Ayia Napa for over 7 years now and from now on will always stay at the Napa Plaza.

Perfect from start to finish!

Cannot fault the Napa Plaza hotel it was absolutely amazing. Just got back from 11 days here with my boyfriend and we loved it. The hotel is gorgeous, the pool is massive and you never have to fight for a sunlounger (no kids allowed which is a bonus!). We went for a double superior room which I would suggest as you get put in a quieter part of the hotel and the rooms are lovely. The hotel was perfectly situated in Ayia Napa, just 5 minutes from the lively square with all the bars and 5 minutes the other way to many restaurants and quieter bars. The beach was only 10 minutes walk away too, although I would definitely recommend getting a 5 minute bus to the Nissi Beach as this was far better. Probably one of the best hotels in Ayia Napa!
The best thing about my stay was...The location

Great hotel very clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in the midst of all the night-life but was very quiet and relaxing.
