Good hotel for smokers poor for drinkers
Big Al, Uk
Guests smoke in the dining areas. Staff smoke outside children's playpark. Poor selection of all inclusive alcoholic drinks.
The best thing about my stay was...Beautiful location particularly beachside dining area. Everything was very clean

Diane Wilson, Alsager
Lovely hotel, pool excellent, food excellent, entertainment excellent only thing if I had to pick at something would be the bathroom was very small and a bit dated but not really a problem. Would definitely go there again.

Just got back from a week Oct 2010. Staff were nice and friendly food was good, great location. We took our 5 yr old who absolutely loved it. The only downside for her was that the only evening entertainment for her was a kids disco between 9 and 9.30, then it was adult orientated.

Great autumn holiday!
Mari Hodne, Stavanger, Norway
Overall a very pleasant stay, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. All areas are exceptionally clean and the service was always top class (e.g. no big queuing). Best for families who want to try a wide variety of Turkish / European food. Choice of 5 swimming options was tops for us (couple with 3 year old and a 17 year old) The beach was clean and had a bar with snacks, large decked pier, and a snack restaurant nearby. There is huge swimming pool (1.5m) with 3 big slides, a paddling pool (0.3m) with slide, a chill out pool for over 12's and a heated indoor pool. Weather in early October was a mixture of hot, grey but warm and rain storms, but the latter were short lived and followed by clear blue skies. The hotel's facilities were already partially shut down which was a bit of disappointment, (no disco, no entertainment for adults, no annex sauna/steam room/restauarant), but the town's good clean beach and bars are only a relatively short walk away. (we recommend the Circus italian & european food restaurant which was very popular and top standard - 300 yards up the main Ataturk Bulvari road to the Temple). The hotel is well suited for all ages, but in October would be best suited for OAPs, couples wanting to chill out and families with younger children. We would probably opt for September if we go next year as there would be more to do on evenings in both town & hotel. The kids club seemed to be at full swing, so our son being 4 next year would be able to give us some breaks, however he was never bored with the swimming, playing, kids TV and eating! Information was a bit light about what was all inclusive or not, so you have to ask, but we never felt like we were being ripped off, or missing out!

Fantastic Complex, Fantastic Staff, Fantastic Holiday
E.Amato, United Kingdom
I can't promote this complex enough, I have just returned from a weeks stay with my wife and 2 son's, my youngest son is disabled and wheelchair user. Staff were so freindly and could not do enough for you. the complex is kept spotlessly clean and the maids clean the rooms daily including towel changes and your receive a litre bottle of water in your fridge daily. The private beach is beautiful and the pier/jetty is great for sunbathing on the large bean-bags. The ramp leading to the beach is quite steep for my son in his wheelchair but manageable. the on-site turkish bath and massage is a must do. the selection and variation of food available is excellent and the free onsite gym helps burn off the all inclusive pounds. I would fully recommend this complex.
The best thing about my stay was...Everything, Fantastic Complex, Fantastic Staff, Fantastic Holiday

BUNGALOWS NICE - DIDN'T HAVE SOAP IN BATHROOM AS ROOM WAS CLEANED VERY QUICKLY. WENT FOR ONE DAY ON A THURSDAY. SHOW WAS EXCELLENT. ENJOYED THE KEYBOARD PLAYER WHO PLAYED OUTSIDE. DIDN'T THINK THE SPRINKLERS SHOULD BE ON SO EARLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISSABILITIES LIKE MYSELF - COULD BE VERY DANGEROUS. FOOD WASN'T VERY NICE - NOTHING MUCH FOR THE BRITISH PALETTE. COULD BE IMPROVED VASTLY. RECEPTION STAFF EXCELLENT. HAVE OUR OWN PLACE IN ALTINKUM WHERE FOOD IS VERY GOOD VALUE AND EXCELLENT. THE SHOOT IN THE POOL AREA - THE PERSON IN CHARGE USED A WHISTLE EVERY TIME SOMEONE WENT DOWN - MAY I SUGGEST THAT HE JUST TELLS THE PERSON TO GO DOWN. VERY ANNOYING FOR THE GUESTS.

Wonderful family holiday
Claire Wright, Witham, Essex
When the coach pulled up at the hotel we were very pleased as most of the previous hotels looked a little shabby. This hotel's first impressions last - the grounds kept immaculately clean, staff very friendly, but not overbearing and annoying at all. We were allocated a bungalow which had a very clean bathroom, livingroom consisting of two sofabeds, a mini fridge, a tv with a few english-speaking channels and a seperate double room. The beds were all very comfortable. The private beach was a stones throw away to which there were stairs leading down. We had a buggy and found the descent abit much, but we found a way around this with a walk around the back of the restaurant, past the snack bar straight down to the beach, so no need for stairs! The beach was lovely, but I think it would definitely get overcrowded in the peak season. There was a speedboat with watersports available. The swimming pool was enormous with three waterslides that open at specific times, but unfortunately had no shallow end. The kiddy pool was nice too with a small slide. We understood there was an indoor pool and a 'relax' outdoor pool for over 12s, but we didn't use these. You don't have to walk very far at all for a cold drink or beverage or even a snack. Even two bars near the beach. I felt so spoilt! The food was lovely. Something for everyone, even our fussy 3 year old! Beautiful carved watermelons decorated the restaurant. There were two small shops inside the hotel, but it is only a ten minute walk to the town if you fancy some shopping. We did a few excursions with 'Croesus Tours' who were very good value for money. My boyfriend and daughter went scuba diving with Mehmet at 'Crocodile Diving' who they really recommended even if you haven't dived before like my daughter.
The best thing about my stay was...The friendly staff, lovely food and the blue sea.
