In need of refurbishment
The alcohol was terrible, the spirits make you ill. If bookingba bungalow then you pay the most but are looking at building work and get woke up at 7am every day . Food repetitive. Lovely people tho will do anything for you.
The best thing about my stay was...The staff

This holiday was a bit of a rocky start. The rooms are a little dated, fittings hanging out. We had our air con leaking twice . During the hours of 5-6 there was no running water when staying within the hotel and after meeting a few people that are in the bungalows they did not have hot water . It's was always a cold shower in the evenings. The food was not the best and me and my partner was ill as a result. On. The plus side we got talking to big Mo the hotel manager and he said we can eat in the restaurant where we like the food instead of the Buffett . We had a problem with ants as well and cockroaches in the bathroom. This hotel is 3star max . I would not recommend it to anyone English as it was overrun by Russians . So all the entertainment was Russia . There was a comedy night but it was in Russian so we we was not able to really take part.
The best thing about my stay was...Big Mo was very nice and sorted out many problems for us

Location: This hotel is situated in the outskirts of the town next to the beach. There is nothing nearby, this place is not suitable for walking and sightseeing. Room: the equipment of the room is average, it is spacious and it is with partial sea view. We had problems with the air-conditioning because it is extremely loud, since the air-conditioning system is installed in the corridor (not on the outer wall of the building), furthermore it sounded like a tractor. We could not sleep because of its noise. Beach: the water deepens slowly. After a 10-minute walk it is still shallow (knee-deep). It is slightly polluted, there are some little oil spills on the surface. The pier is putrefying, it is very dangerous. The beach is sandy, sun loungers and parasols can be used without extra charge. Next to the beach both on the right and the left side there are ill-kempt coastal areas full of rubbish. The beach towels are frayed and there are stains on them. Coral reefs cannot be seen in the water. Dining: We were also dissatisfied with the restaurant because everything was dirty. The chairs were dirty, dusty and clammy, you may never know in what you are going to sit! There were leftovers on the floor. There were hardly any cutleries on the tables, and it is very difficult to get them. Sugary drinks can be poured from vending machines into your glass, but if you want to drink either beer or wine you must stand in a queue and finally you get your drink in a small glass and it is warm. The variety of meals is poor, tasteless, uncooked and not fresh. We got ill after eating in the restaurant. I will never go back to this hotel and I do not recommend staying there.

I would not recommend
This is a very busy hotel. Only Russian and Egyptian guests. The biggest problem: the restaurant and the food. The restaurant is very dirty! The chairs are sticky, the tables are dirty, bits of food on the floor. The walls are dirty. The food is not fresh, tasteless or is not cooked properly. There is little choice. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they expect the baksis. The hotel manager told us to pay additional charge, referring to the fact that we are not British citizens. We had a valid voucher. He told us that if we did not pay the extra charge, he would call the police and we would not be allowed to check out. This was an extremely awkward situation, which ruined our holiday. Furthermore, we were left without money. The hotel had a lot of fly and mosquito. The beach towels tattered and dirty.
The best thing about my stay was...The rooms are large, the view is beautiful.

Minden szuper volt, a tenger homokos lassan melyulo, kicsi gyerekekkel is idealis. Kitesoknak kivaloan alkalmas, sekely parttal. Az etelek es a kiszolgalas nagyon jo, a szemelyzet kedves. A szobak egyszeruek, de a celnak tokeletesen megfelelnek. Szef, Tv, hajszarito, mini bar alapfelszereltseg.

Basic and standard
Annie & Si, Devon
Spent 8 nights here in January, fortunately we received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room, from a bungalow that we had booked, they looked very tired and worn and from fellow guests sounded very dated and basic and in need of a refurb, along with the rest of the hotel in our opinion. All the areas seemed dated, worn and tired, and we were very surprised to find that the hotel was only built in 2007!! A choice of restaurants for dining, although the main self service buffet restaurant could do with a bit more supervision from the chefs so that dishes do not run low, and as always certain nationalities do not queue or take any care when piling up their plates full of food. The staff were friendly, but felt there was no personal service. We will not be returning to this hotel. Also the location is not advertised well, as there is absolutely nothing around the hotel, you cannot even take a walk to a local strip of sops....it is very remote. Hotel and rooms were kept vey clean. Although it was a quiet time of year for the hotel, they need to keep the stock levels up...not really acceptable for an All Inclusive hotel to run out of beer!!
The best thing about my stay was...Having a chilled, relaxing time away from home

A nice week in December at the Panorama Bungalows Hurghada. Good weather, nice resort, the staff is trying to please everyone and make your stay comfortable and keep you happy. The minus parts - for me!!! - are that the resort was 99% full of Russians with no manners, the food needs some improvements: repetitive and not too many choices, poor variety, and the drinks seems to have the same taste no mater what you ask for. The beer is good, bottled. The animation team is trying to do the best. We had a nice excursion to Luxor and overall we had a good stay at Panorama.
The best thing about my stay was...The bungalow.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless you like holidaying on a building site. There were workmen building and constructing this tired hotel for the duration of my 7 night stay day and night. It was dangerous and the hotel should not have been open for holiday makers. There are broken tiles, exposed electrical wires, pot holes and debris cluttering the walkways. It was noisy dusty and dirty. There were several small shops in the hotel that were being used to mix cement and store building materials. The souvenier shops and supermarkets remained closed all week which meant a 30 minute walk to a small supermarket. There are no local shops and Hurghada is a 30 minute taxi drive away. We stayed in a bungalow by the lagoon which was full of Mosquito's and everyone we met including ourselves were badly bitten. The food was basic and repetetive with not much choice in the one badly lit restaurant. Other restaurants closed or being built. The bar ran out of Wine most days/evenings. There was no entertainment/activities in the hotel. I used the Spa for a massage and while changing a large rat ran through the treatment room. Droppings were then found around the sauna I did complain but the staff made light of the situation. I made a complaint of all of the above problems to our Rep who advised us to contact Alpha rooms but there was no internet and limited phone connection. I took many photos of the building works but can only post 4 on this review. The hotel I have no doubt will be lovely once finished as the beach and sea views are stunning. You don't expect to pay to go on holiday to spend it on a building site. I could have done that for nothing. I will not go back.
