8/10 Great

VALUE FOR MONEY

Another short break on Rhodes for us, and another stay atRodos Palace Hotel: the rooms are looking a little tired but the public sections of the hotel are fine, lovely pool areas, the spa has improved and the food has improved too (breakfast could be better but evening/lunchtime meals very good). Staff friendly and the hotel is clean. Very good value for money.

The best thing about my stay was...

The lunch time food in the Pool Restaurant.
2/10 Okay

DISGUSTING!!!!

Really bad hotel. Dirty, really bad staff service .Very noisy at night and in the morning , dont expect a good nights sleep. The food was awful can only describe it as feeding time at the zoo. Only ventured into the food area once very bad experience that i will never forget .Not 5 star only 2 star. No facilities in the rooms,no iron ,no kettle,no mini bar .Really poor all round would only recommend you dont ever stay hear..

The best thing about my stay was...

going to the airport to go home

Conference and holiday

The hotel is getting old and needs an upgrade. The staff are helpful but thin on the ground and need help to cope with the numbers. this is a 3 star hotel at best.

The best thing about my stay was...

the pool

Good Value for Money

Stayed here many times, live in Greece and often visit Rhodes for shopping/relaxation/change of scene. Rodos Palace excellent value for money, staff friendly, hotel clean and good choice of food.
