Santa Suzanna resort 19
This hotel as a small pool for size of hotel and loads of lilo in pool and food very repetitive and all loaded in like cattle. You are allowed 2 drinks at time adult children 1 and the drink is very weak and you can que for ages to actually get a drink. Plus be aware if you have a safety deposit box make sure you have receipt for box as I wasn’t given one and lost my 10 euro deposit. Dinner time you have to go to restaurant as snack bar by pool closed between 12.30 and 3pm. When it do open 3pm beware the que is huge. There is a train that takes you into town but you might have to wait a while as the trains are normally quite full already when they arrive at hotel
The best thing about my stay was...It was cheap but you pay for what you get

Lovely hotel, staff amazing and so hardworking! Bedrooms basic yet comfortable! Hotel itself feels so safe and entertainment was perfect for my 5 year old! Huge variety of food at every meal and snacks very satisfying at pool bar!! I and my daughter enjoyed our week so much i have already booked another week in oct and i am only home 3 days :)
The best thing about my stay was...Everything needed was there in the hotel, could happily spend week in hotel alone and also loved the fact that bar and noise shut down at 11pm! Perfect for families

Just back from one weeks holiday in The Hotel Santa Susana Resort and I would definitely recommend this hotel, the Staff were all very friendly and helpful especially the kids entertainer Felix, Isabella and Reem. The food was delicious and they had a different choice everyday.
The best thing about my stay was...Great entertainment every night.

mainly family hotel even though most of the children should have still been at school. well out of the central area but has local land train starting at 10 am and finishing at about 10-30pm. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Restaurant well serviced and food of good quality. while we were there occupation of hotel mainly by Scottish, Irish and North Country people, all friendly. Free wi-fi only for 15 mins a day and only 3g reception.
The best thing about my stay was...all inclusive but drinks served in under 1/2 litre glasses

Even for a budget hotel the standard wasn't great. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in and the pillows felt like bags of rocks, though the bed linen and towels were clean and changed often. The food was plentiful and there was a reasonable variety but everything that should have been hot was at best lukewarm and at worst stone cold. The cost of wi-fi, fridge and safe was extortionate in my opinion - 20 euro per week per item for wi-fi and at that we lost the connection frequently despite having a strong signal. The staff were friendly and helpful generally. The pool area would be nice if there were more room but there is nowhere near enough space for the quantity of guests, so I dread to think what it would be like in high season. The children's pool is nice but the slides are under utilised and the splash park area would be better used as extra space for sun beds as that was barely used by anybody in the 2 weeks we were there The night before we left a group of "hens" and "stags" arrived and their behaviour in the dining room was a disgrace to say the least. I was one of several complaining at the reception desk that it wasn't what's expected of a hotel that considers itself a family resort. I've stayed in plenty of AI 3* hotels and this would have to be the worst.
The best thing about my stay was...the weather
