A relaxing break in the sun.
Stayed for a week and had a relaxing break. Staff friendly and no issues at all during the time we were there. Room standard but very clean and overlooked the pool and sea. Mixture of families, couples and small number of German groups of lads/girls. We were the only English up to our last day when two families arrived. Close to a good selection of bars and shops and also beach. We mainly stayed around the pool as needed a relaxing break. Always plenty of sun loungers no matter what time of day. Food ok some days better than others but always something you would eat. We were all inclusive. Entertainment ok though only from 9 until approx 10. Adele tribute really good. Journey from airport was three hours due to drop offs but two hours on journey back. We went with our 20 year old daughter who enjoyed the week too.
The best thing about my stay was...A very relaxing place to stay with friendly staff of whom some go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Ok but wouldn't return
For what I paid in high season, I was happy to stay, although it's the kind of hotel I'd only use as a base rather than enjoying the facilities. Pool area nice but a bit crammed and difficult not to get a sunloungers without constant cigarette smoke from other guests. Staff friendly and helpful. My room was small but the balcony made up for it. There was only one PowerPoint on the room only being located in the bathroom! (Seriously?!) and the shower curtain was so short that water streamed through in a puddle despite how careful you were. Food ok, but nothing to write home about. All in all, an acceptable hotel for what I paid, but wouldn't stay in again.
The best thing about my stay was...The amazing sea view. Don't bother booking without ensuring you have one

Brilliant hotel with gorgeous views
We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Hotel has an amazing location right by the sea. Brilliant staff and service. The harbour is a great place to go for food with lovely views. Would defiantly stay again.
The best thing about my stay was...Crystal blue sea view

Stayed 7 nights at this lovely hotel, having booked very late after discovering the downtown hotel we initially booked was still a building site (they didn't bother to tell us!). We opted for our usual half board package which worked well for us as we rented a car and were intent on exploring the area. The staff (all except one) were exceptionally polite and helpful with the duty manager agreeing to swap our room for one on the other side of the hotel, after a disturbed first night due to noise from the apartments development on the opposite side of the road to the hotel entrance. We ended up with a larger ground floor room which was much quieter and overlooked the garden area but it came at a price - we lost our sea view. Food was good with cold sprouts amongst the offerings of the breakfast buffet. It was interesting to watch our fellow guests, none of whom were English, adding these to their plates. That said, there were so many other choices, including cooked to order omelettes and pancakes, that we enjoyed eachy morning, including the cheerfulness of the waiting staff at the start of another hard days work for them, Dinner was excellent with a different nationality theme each night and also freshly griddled specials always featuring at least one fish and two meat choices, cooked in front of you whilst you waited in line. Deserts are not a strong point and rather repetitive but usually we didn't have much room left for puddings after sampling the main course offerings. Again, even at the end of a long day, the staff are to be complimented for their teamwork and cheery dispositions. The location of the hotel is stunning, with fantastic views over the bay and just a short walk to shops, bars, etc., and a promanade leading to one of the best beaches in the region. If there was a downside it would be that the hotel is predominantly used by the German tour operators and we never neard another English voice in the hotel the whole week. Overall, a good hotel which tries hard to ensure you enjoy your stay.
The best thing about my stay was...Nothing was too much trouble for the staff

Set in a superb position overlooking the bay and cala agulla beach. The waters are crystal clear with a diving school 50mtrs from the hotel. It is only a short walk along treelined roads to all amenities if you can leave the lovely pool area. The hotel is nicely appointed and the rooms comfortable. The restuarant is pleasant and the staff very friendly and helpful. The resort of cala ratjada is lovely with vibrant bars and restaurants close by. A lovely place to stay and relax in style.
